The "believe it or not"
Banoffee Pie recipe

Boil 2 unopened cans of sweetened
condensed milk for 3,5 - 4 hours.
Make sure the water stays above the lids of the cans.

Make a crust of crushed cookie crumbs (2 pckgs) & melted butter. Press into the pie pan & bake for 10 min. at 180 °C if needed.
Spread the toffee from the cans onto the pie shell
- this is easier if the toffee is still warm from boiling
and the crust is cold - we freeze our crust.

On top of the toffee slice 3 - 4 bananas.
Cover with fresh whipped cream
